The project is a resort situated in EHDEN in Lebanon.
The resort includes the following buildings: 1 Hotel, 1 Restaurant, 1 Night Club, and Chalets buildings ( 2 Chalets type A, 1 Chalet type B, 3 Chalets type C, 1 Chalet type D, 1 Chalet type E)
The total area of the landscape is about 36,000 m².
The built area is about 13500m2
The landscape includes open parking areas, roads, river, gardens, pool, waterfall and sidewalks.

Main distribution boards MDB:
Switchgear and control gear assembly are to comply, as a minimum, with IEC EN 60439-1 factory- Built Type Tested (TTA).
Circuit breakers are to comply with IEC 947- 2 as specified.
Other components, where not otherwise specified, are to comply with the relevant IEC standards.
Secondary distribution boards SDB:
Unless otherwise mentioned panel boards generally are to comply with the requirements of IEC 60439-1 Factory-Built type tested Assemblies (TTA) of Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Gear.
Standby generator:
Equipment and component parts are to comply with ISO 3046, IEC 85 and CISPR, or equivalent NEMA, NFPA, ANSI, IEEE and DIN Standards and recommendations of ABGSM (Association of British Set Manufacturers) where such standards meet with or supersede the ISO and IEC Standards.
Motors and starters:

Video signals are to comply with CCIR (or FCC) recommendations and standards. Central control unit interfaces and related equipment are to comply with CCITT (or EIA) recommendations and standards for data signal characteristics, formats and communication protocols.
